2nd time mommies and breastfeeding. .. my son is two months old and since day one i was ebf until after he was 1 1/2... i noticed he wasn't getting satisfied anymore not even after latching him on for the 3rd time on each breast so i started giving him formula after every second feeding i give him 2 or 3 oz of formula if i dont he will start crying non stop and wont take my boob after the 3rd feeding... i feel like im not making enough and im close to giving up and i dont want to, i really want to breastfeed longer any suggestions? im desperate 🙈

i do that before bed it helps so when he wakes up at night to eat but it doesnt help during the day, ill just have to try other methods hopefully get my hands on that yeast
maybe cut down?
it said 3-5 tea per day with 8oz water per bag...maybe stick to the old fashion way of making tea then drink it right then?
i make the tea and put it in a 32 oz bottle and i drink 1 or 2 of those a day@shaunatb

ok thank you, and i havent stopped taking it i started 2 weeks after he was born before i would take it and would notice i was full after 3 hrs now i don't notice anything even when pumping i use to pump 4 oz now if im lucky i berly get 2
whole foods, shop rite, Amazon.com...what do you mean it doesn't help as much now? how long were you taking it for?
i do drink mothers milk tea at first i noticed it helped alot now not so much, but thanx for those tips im sure gonna try this where can you buy the yeast? @shaunatb
get mother's milk tea you'll see a difference by day 2, 2ndly pump every hour or 2 (don't miss a time nor get discouraged if you only see 1oz etc it WILL come in) 3rdly massage your breast throughout the day with warmed extra virgin olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil. Take warm baths and have water flow on boobs (it will help let Downs) you can also make lactation cookies or so (don't skip Brewer's yeast because that's what make the milk production. so you can just buy the yeast and put it in everything you eat/drink)

When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle.
