Ugh bad clogged milk duct. What should I do?! I've tried everything! 😩😰

Hot towel , massage , pump or nurse

I've done all that but not nurse since he doesn't do that anymore @marleiismama 😕 just worried it won't go away

The only other thing I can think of is pumping while letting your breast hang, if that makes sense...like umm, bend over while pumping
