Sure as long as it isn't too hot. If you feel like your going to sweat then it's probably too hot

You have to be especially careful in your first trimester to keep your core temp low.

Also, as long as you don't let your core body temp get higher than 102.2 and if you start to feel too hot, add cold water or get out.
