I'd get away from her. she sounds like she's got something brewing. and you can say who is allowed to pick your daughter up and they have to follow it.

@rachaelbutsch wait how she got the right to pick up your daughter from daycare is she on the emergency or pick up list? this all sounds too weird and scary . If shes not on thar list then you have to take that up with the daycare as well.
