if you leave it refrigerated it only last you 4 days I think . it's best to freeze it. are you trying to get rid of your milk supply when you have your baby?

You can keep in the fridge 4 days but you can also freeze and it lasts a lot longer. If you are going to supplement with formula I would actually do formula at night because it doesn't digest as fast and baby may stay fuller longer

5 rule. 5 days in the fridge. 5 weeks in the freezer. (MUCH LONGER if you have a deep freezer 5months. ) that's what we teach our students.
