I actually don't have to do that, and I'm seriously not bleeding at all. I wear the same pad all day and it has blood the size of a quarter. Crazy lol @2novbabies

Lol lucky! I stopped bleeding before 6 weeks but was still in pain since I had been at 9 cm before I had a csection. I'd still change your pad often so it doesn't get gross
