@livd15, yeah I placed my elbows on the bench next to my bed and was on my knees on the edge of my bed and I'd lean down for a bit! I'm not going to say it was easy, bc it's painful on the back that's for sure! Good luck I hope it works for you!
I know right the only thing I would be ok w the csection is cuz I'll know the day he would be comin lmao. I did try some stuff online and I thought he tries Thurs last week it was so painful but he apparently didn't do it . so u kinda hung upside down off ur bed w ur hips elevated ? I'll try that
@livd15, have you tried trick in him into turning? My midwife gave me an exercise to do with elevating my hips with my head down and I ran with it, I was hanging off my bed bc it sits like 2+ feet off the ground I was laying upside down off the couch, I was so determined! But I felt the moment she turned we were at the Harvest Festival and Parmalee was up on stage doing their thing and she made her move! I felt instant relief but I didn't say anything in fear it'd jinx it but as soon as I got the ultrasound they confirmed it! Good luck I know it's so uncomfortable and it makes u anxious too at least I was bc I was fearing a c section
