I forgot that my glucose test is tomorrow..😩😩.. Is it as bad as everyone makes it seem?

@pretty_xoxo_giirl_, they just told me not to have nothing sugary or anything with bread bc it breaks down to sugar

unless its changed, my Dr had me fast, nothing after 12am before the test and go in at 8am for my 1st blood draw, drink the test drink, and then have a blood draw an hour after, unless its changed. Maybe its a total of 10 hours no food or liquids

no, just sucks not being able to eat or drink for 12/13 hours.

Its not that bad its just annoying having to sit for an hr with no food in your system i had orange as well

I had orange. orange pop is my fav and I thought it was kinda yummy haha bring some water tho I needed to get it out of my throat and it gave me a slight headache but drinking it itself was piece of cake

I felt lightheaded before I drank it so I was nervous that after I had it, I would feel super sick & throw up. But I felt fine. The orange wasn't bad at all. Kinda burned my throat after a few sips lol but it honestly tastes like flat orange soda

i only took it once and I had orange.. don't try n drink it fast bc u will gagg .. but dont sip too slow either lol cuz then u will gagg lol

its really not that bad! i had orange and it just taste like a powerade

the drink wasn't bad. it's the waiting and then the drink gave me very had stomach ace and right before I got to get my blood done I threw up so I had to wait another day and try again. it was easier on an empty stomach then it was with food

I didnt think it was.. Bt i only had the 1hr one and i passed
