Working out is so much harder with a baby π₯...I can't even complete a full workout without having to tend to her. Im going to have to accept being fat forever π

@helpedbytmh im sorry I just double checked and they deleted it from the play store. although i still have it on my phone and tablet. but all i did was type in mom and baby workouts. thats how i started to find an app i like. hope that helps

work out with her Sadie LOVES IT! push up she gets kisses, burpies she gets kisses and loves those l! planks make her laugh. and squats suck but she's a great weight
she probably wants to sleep when she sleeps haha not work out.
when she finally does sleep a long stretch. I'm super tired too
