why are u having a non stress test done? I have to have one too kind of nervous about it. my baby has too much amniotic fluid and they are worried about digestive issues so they are making me do nst every week and I have to go to a specialist Friday .

I go twice a week for nst and once a week for the bio. try to relax. i think of it as my nap time because it takes a hour. plus you get to hear baby more
