Did you know that if you take a photo of yourself smiling every day, and I don't mean that half-a$% "a smile is a smile" type of smile; i mean a genuine smile from the deepest, happiest memory you have, you can look back at all of those photos when you are feeling depressed and it really does have a huge positive impact on your mood. Seeing yourself happy and smiling will make you feel happier.
