so I just got some word about my friend. he's doing ok. they just took him into surgery (I guess they couldn't last night because he still had food in his stomach) and he'll need around 8 or 9 bolts and a plate in his arm and 8 or 9 bolts and a plate in his leg. hopefully everything goes well.

yeah. I'm glad he's doing ok. surgery always makes me nervous though. ironically both my husband and his dog have both had surgery on a joint so I think he'll be ok. hubby is at the hospital waiting for him to come out.

@mumof2, yeah. hubby had his shoulder surgery almost 5 years ago and still has pain if he moves wrong. it's a long process but doable.
