update- they are sending me home. checked this morning and haven't changed so they said I could go home. vent- I'm so angry and in so much pain I hate doctors... just gonna throw that out there. who the heck leaves a woman at 5 cm, 100% effaced, and -1 in stalled freaking labor?!?!? oh and then tell her "oh well go to a midwife looks like you're fine." I haven't slept for a week I've been having contractions and in constant pain and she just comes in and acts like I just came in today. I'm so angry words don't even describe. I haven't slept in a week, my body is shot, my.emotionas are shot, and my pelvic bone is shot. sorry I'm just so upset right now.

what the heck? they're suppose to admit you at 5cm though aren't they? Why would they send you home if you're in active labor..

well if you are 35 weeks they really trying to keep baby in you as long as they can to make sure baby is full term

they are doing it because they pumped me full of drugs to stall my labor and they didn't work soon enough and it stalled me out at 5 cm. but they contractions have never stopped they just aren't getting my cervix to change fast. @ngujen

Omg sweetie. I am so sorry you are going through that 😯 Thats so wrong!!! Some medical providers don't seem to care much at all, because its not them going through it. It sounds like you will have the baby soon, though, so there's hope in that at least. Stay strong in the mind, and just know that this frustrating time period won't last forever!

im hoping i have her soon anothwr week of this is going to kill me. @sarahemccormick all I can say to prego women is don't take any drug if you don't know what it is and look all of it up before expecting!!! I will never ever ever make this mistake again! @ngujen

It is a known fact that after 3 cm that you should stay in the hospital wth at they doing these days . Wow I know if that was me I would not be leaving they would have to deal with me .

they won't help me at all. they just said make sure you can get here in under 20 minutes and you should be fine... @2ndprincess

I can't believe they did that. my dr told me at 35 weeks they wouldn't stop labor if it started.

you should ask to see a doctor that's competent enough. they should act like they care enough to tell you more than 'you should be fine'
