you are suppose to report any baby born before a certain day in dec because my son was suppose to be born Dec 27th and they told me I can calm him on my taxes.

Not a tax expert but I thought if child was born before 31 dec you can claim on that year. As long as they have an ssn issued

If the baby is born during the 2015 you can claim the baby during taxes you will just need to have the baby SSN to be able to claim the baby
