It's hard for me to tell the difference between my contractions and the soreness of my body. I refuse to go to the hospital just to get sent back home.

Yes. That's what they say. My body is making progress though. I was starting to get worried because I wasn't able to count my contractions at all two days ago. And I do not want to go over due 😓 lol. I agree with you with not wanting to spend the entire day in the hospital. I get bored too quick to be doing that.

I think they say wait till they are 5 minutes apart. I don't want to spend an entire day at the hospital. so boring.

That's what I'm doing. Mine are a good distance apart (like 13mins.) @jomommaclark

I just sit and wait. eventually it would get unbearable if it was contractions.
