my cervix is still closed n I'm supposed to be induced in a week I'll go swimming tomorrow get my raspberry red leaf tea and pineapples and evening primerose oil pills I need to be dilated I don't wanna csection I wanna push this baby out the old fashioned way

the yoga ball helps with dilation, my last babe my water broke but I wasn't dilating so I bounced while leaning over the bed

@babycasey thank u but the baby is already down but I'm not dilated if I'm not dilated I get a csection
