has any one tired these before? if so what are ur thoughts

@princevince, after I drank the beer , I waited about an hour or two to pump. once I did I threw it away. and waited a couple of hours before feeding him.

but I read online that u have to wait about 2 hours after an alcoholic beverage before feeding the bby

So how long after the beer can you save the milk?

over supply? lol sorry I wanna make sure I do this right.

I use these ones but any kind should do! If you pump after feedings just try to make sure you dont start an over supply because thats bad too lol (:

It actually shows it right on the front of the bottle (: after I finished that bottle I just stuck to the pure Fenugreek pills, cheaper and its just Fenugreek but I stopped because my supply is good

Ya I havent had no issues with supply and I EBF and work full time and its stayed up. Fenugreek is an herb (thats actually in those pills right there too) that help you produce more. But I also just took pure Fenugreek pills. I got a bottle for like $6 bucks at WalMart. What helped me increase my supply was everytime I breast fed I pumped but I also pump every 2 hrs :)

I have, I liked them but I was also taking regular Fenugreek pills with them. I completely stopped about 2 months ago because my supply has stayed high with no issues!
