@levleah, she didn't have any symptoms and didn't know she was pregnant until 35 weeks.. She went in because of the recent weight gain. She had the baby vaginally once the doc (for some reason I want to say nurse.. Not sure) saw the head they told her to stop pushing but he was already coming out.
