I was told it will be uncomfortable for you before it hurts the baby. I would start trying not to lay on your back. That is still hard for me to do!

I was 20 weeks until I stopped sleeping on my stomach. It's like your body stops you. I don't even think about it anymore but I do miss it because I can only sleep on my sides!

Once it's not comfortable anymore you don't have the urge lol don't even worry. It becomes like physically impossible to lay flat on your stomach.

@babykellersmommy, well I should be good then :). I just worry a lot about the smallest stuff and this has been one of them. I have heard other women say that they've done it also. But I'm just extra careful

@babykellersmommy, because I've been told that the farther along you get it's not safe so I've been trying to break the habit now.

Only wondering because I slept on my stomach with my first son and with this baby! Everything I've read says it's fine :)

You're fine until it becomes uncomfortable. I'm 26w and still lay half on my tummy sometimes, just can't lay flat on it. At this point baby is still behind your pubic bone. It's not unsafe

Mine too for the most part but omg sometimes when I'm deep in sleep I slip up and I wake up to fix it😕But I always get better rest that way because that's how I've always slept. So I been going through it and I see that you feel my pain.@_akgirl

I'm a hardcore stomach sleeper. betting pregnant was the worst thing ever. especially because I found out at 3 weeks and for whatever reason my subconscious would not let me sleep in my stomach for a while longer.
