I wish I'd wake my son. He wakes up like clockwork every 3 hours. If not 3& a half or 4 if I'm lucky.

I had to wake my daughter up to eat when she was a newborn too. she would sleep all night if I'd let her but you can't when there newborns since there stomach is very little and they need to eat often

resisted* her swaddle

my baby resisted her swaddling arms in at about a month and send out now at 3 months😑 I also "dream feed'' and if she doesn't eat now I don't wake her. when she was a newborn I didn't have to wake her. she's not one to miss a meal even though sometimes id get worried. I would say less than a month then two hours is pushing it with no food. after that a diaper change will do the trick

I stopped swaddling my son at around 5 months old cause he stopped liking it. And I don't ever ever wake a sleeping baby, that's my golden rule. But I do "dream feed" my daughter. I feed her while she's asleep that way she won't wake up to eat. I get more sleep that way.

how old is your baby? if newborn you wake them up after not eating for like 4 hrs.
