alex was born 10.7.15...is it normal to be in this much pain after an emergency csection?? i dilated to 8cm 50%-3 for 5 almost 6 hours and my cervex wouldn't thin and alex was trying to push out and started stressing and my bp dropped...
and how long after taking my pain meds can I pump/ breast feed?

My dr said never wait to take the pain mess till you're hurting take them on time. I had Percocet and Motrin both of which are okay to use while breastfeeding

I had a C-section on 911 and I was in pain I didn't took my medication I only took Motrin to make sure but my doctor said to not take medications because we could get used to it so I told him OK so I just take Motrin for me

Oh yeah. I was in terrible pain for a solid 3 weeks, and then short pains here an there still! And I'm 11 weeks post c/section. It's all about how you let your body rest. Definitely take your pain meds on time. Don't wait until you're hurting.

ypu can breastfeed while taking pain meds I did doctor said it was fine make sure u drink ur pain meds on time because lort the pain is horrible....and pee whwn u have too because it hurts more because of the pressure it causes the incision
