about to say same thing!! if you want more fluff...use a hand or stand mixer...the longer you do the fluffier!! a trick I was taught when I learned a recipe

Lol I just made a egg bake... It's really simple... 12 eggs 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper 1-2 cups of potatoes 1-2 cups of ham if you desire... 1 cup of shredded cheese mixed in and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top... In the oven at 350 for about 1 hour 15 minutes checkin around 45 minutes and voila
