My arms and hands fall asleep and get crampy/tingly when I sleep at night. I don't remember this happening with my older kids.

It's only when I'm laying down too. So uncomfortable.

sounds like carpal tunnel... very common in pregnancy

my friend suffers from this also....we think it either blood pressure or she thinks carpal tunnel (sp)
