she doesnt use a pacifier idk if it was her bottle and she is always sucking on her bottom lip @emeliaday

If nothing else on her is turning blue I would say it is probably from her sucking on it. Peace of mind is important so I would call a nurse line.

If she always sucks on her bottom lip, that's what is causing it. It's like a hickey but on the lip. My son did the same thing because he's teething and his bottom lip turned a darker purple.
