My boobs keep leaking tonight and I'm cramping really bad like sharp pains....but they don't feel like contractions....could I be dilating I'm 38weeks....I'm dilated already 2cm any ideas

Girl those sounds like early labor lol, u may want to go in mines was just how your describing them and bad back pain.
ur stomach didn't tighten or anything? my back always hurts and my cramps are sharp and make me stop in my tracks @shortizzie

Cramping can be apart of labor, that's how mines started off before the real deal!

I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?
I'm in slow labourrrrrrrrrrrr 😆😆😆 1-2 cm dilated and getting contractions. may not seem like a massssive progression but I'm so happy!!

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
oh my gosh ive been feeling the exact same thing and my boobs started leaking today! om excited now! im waiting for the tightening feeling but it hasnt came!
