so i know im not the only momma witg a hood piercing, for the ladies who do did you have to take it out to give birth? did it close up if you did?
@alexinwonderland, how long did you have them pierced before you took them out?
Mine healed pretty quickly but I did have the pants issue, especially with zippers. I probably won't be putting it back in however I will want my nipple rings back in after breastfeeding. I left them out for three years with my first child so it shouldn't be a problem.
@nashswifey, for me it was about 2-3 months. I feel it could have healed faster but due to my job at the time (I was a dancer 😅) it got banged up a bit with pole tricks and such. If you are healthy piercings heal faster tho too.
@mrs.meow, lol i was thinking the same thing with shaving! how long did it take to heal
@Nashswifey I liked it but it became a problem with tight pants. Always sore. I really enjoyed having all three at once tho. Make me feel sparkly lol. I would suggest giving it a shot of you want it. Sucks for shaving tho. I'm probably going to get all 3 again once I'm all done having babies
i dont mind that im ganna have to take my nipple rings out but i love my hood piercing so i guess imma wait as long as possible to take it out @mrs.meow @alexinwonderland how did you like your christna i was thinking about getting that done but i got the hood insteaf
I had a vch, hch, and Christina at the beginning of my pregnancy. I took them all out because I knew I would end up having to for birth. Don't forget, if it closes up- you can always get it done again! 😊
I don't have one, but I know they make you take out any piercings as far as your genitals go, friend had two, but I don't remember what they were. for various reasons. I don't think she ever put hers back in, but I'm sure you could eventually.
5 years. Put them back in 3-4 years later.
