anyone else have insomnia ? it's 3 am and I'm feeling awake... I took some benadryl. Every night I'm up til like 4 am then I can't get up til noon.

Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I was like that during pregnancy and guess what...that's the time my daughter wakes up every morning to eat.. I'm up right now trying to put her back to sleep!
