I know.. I rather buy myself everything and not have the extra stress that comes with this!!! And my husband side of the family is not helpful at all right now either.

Aww that sucks they better be buying you a bunch of good stuff and lots of it! Lol that's what I told my hubby since we are paying for it all and traveling out of state for it. I sure hope we get a lot of stuff or it will be better for us to buy everything with the money we will spend... My mom really wants us to have it down there but a family of four doesn't travel cheap 1000 miles away

My best friend is hosting but she lives in a totally different city and is coming down the day before. But I still have to pretty much get everything on my own before she gets here. My ankles look like two watermelon after today...😔 I've been thinking is it even worth it...@kroberts

@twinmommy2be, I was told they didn't want my input and that's very hard for me!

I'm in the same boat! (Except I'm not having twins) but my mom was supposed to be the hostess until my sister decided to bring "drama into my life" so my moms preoccupied with her and people who told me to have this baby shower can't come because of different reasons! Like what's the point. It's stressful cause I had to takeover.

@tynzleismommy16, it took for me to have a breakdown for some help.

@rhonda.otero now they offer help when I only have a couple of things left to do on my list. The shower is Sunday..

That sucks especially when you're pregnant with twins.. It definitely helps to have a shower but you don't need the added stress. I hope someone decides to take over for you soon!
