Well I pumped today and I have for a week.. And I only pumped 6ml. :/ how depressing is that.. I know it's from the lack of sleep the lack of eating and from not pumping.. I just stop because it was making me depressed everytime I pump I felt like I wasn't making enough to save.. At least one bottle a day would be nice.. I tried tea.. I even had a beer.. I'm pretty much a stay at home mom. My fiancé works. So I pretty much taking care of our baby by myself.. I take her to grandmas to give me a few hours to clean and take care of myself.. Really not enough to get sleep.. I feel like I'm not gonna be able to breastfeed my baby :/..

I like hand pumping better. I can get up to 9 ounces now. It's hard work but you can do it. Don't give up

Waaaaaaaateeeerrrrrrrrr water water water water. Oatmeal is also good, cut out any foods or drinks that are dehydrating. I've bought milk makers cookies and those are yummy and I've seen a difference in production. I also take similac supplement pills. And did I mention water??? People have told me if you take everything you pump as a success and you stay positive about it, it will help with production. So be positive! Drink lots of water, look into different milk producing products, make sure to eat healthy, and stay on top of pumping. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

I have a similar problem. My baby is a month and a half and a refuse to give up. I pump 2 oz every 2 and 1/2 hours. Which doesn't give me enough milk to store. So I have barely anything stored at all. It's very frustrating for me also but all j can say to u is drink lots of water and just pump every 1 1/2 hours even if nothing comes out bc then that will tell ur brain that u need to produce more milk. Your body will make what ur baby needs. U still have time to save ur milk supply :)

I breastfed my daughter for 2 years. Remember pumping is NOT an accurate representation of how much milk you're producing. Count babies wet diapers to keep track. Plus babies are a lot better at extracting milk than any pump on the market. Don't give up.

This is all the stuff I've tried lately (the cookies are top left- they crumble easily but they're good- you can also find recipes online for similar ones, top right stuff you can find at places like target- tastes pretty gross though so I wouldn't recommend it- it does work though, bottom left tastes good- I found it at motherhood maternity, and the bottom right are the similar supplement pills I was talking about.). I would definitely recommend more water and oatmeal though. My son is 23 days old (he was born at 29 weeks so he would be 32 weeks if he was still in the womb) and I'm pumping 3-4 ounces each time. He's too little to do breastfeeding so I do a lot of pumping.
