So for the last few days I've been walking a lot and bouncing on a ball and I've been losing more white tissue pieces and cramping and now some light red pink when I pee then wipe.....I wonder what it could be?

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!
I've been so bored since I've been pregnant. I don't have the energy to run around all day with my friends and I can't party so yeah.
