I'm 27 weeks and started waddling this week. I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet all day, I seriously look like a walking duck 😝🐥I hate it but I have pelvic pressure and lower back pain. Can anyone relate/help?

@nadiahuynh, I'm an ICU nurse so constantly on my foot. I bought a maternity belt thingy so that give me some support. I have the best coworker and manager so she give me her executive type comfy chair and my colleagues got me a foot stool. Thur don't play with their ICU baby. So they make sure I rest and the drs let me sleep in their in call room where there's two beds plus I wear the dansko clogs which I love. On some days I wear my sketchers with memory foam or my saucony. But at end of a 12 hour shift Im beat. Not waddling yet thank goodness.

That happened to me when I was 8 months pregnant. Try to wear comfortable shoes & take a break when you can so you can sit down for a bit

Can def relate! 34 weeks and by then end of my shift I have a mean waddle. My lower back and hips are on fire at the end of the day and my feet are swollen I ended up buying a cheaper pair of clogs two sizes bigger to help with that
