I take Zantac every single day -

It's a lifesaver

my doc put me on Zantac 300 seems to work if I take it at night and morning

I was told that milk increases heartburn.

I drink milk but it keeps coming and going :(

Same here.. Pineapples works sometimes for me better than tums..
