@emc229, i just hate how it makes me so sleepy its like i have to tell my self plenty of times to get up i have to force myself to get out of bed 😥 @morgans_mommie ill try taking it at night to see what happens thanks for the tip.

Really? The one I took I had to take with food. I hated how bloated it made me though. Ugh.

the bottle tells me to take 1 hour before or 2-3 hours after a meal . @emc229

@motheroftwo22, i jus usually do what i can durin the day. i can definitely tell when i take mine. also make me feel so tired .!!!
