Well you could ask your doctor about it next time, but it sounds very similar. My mom always had it, and mine is exactly how yours sounds- doesn't hurt or itch, but shows up after I take a shower. Aveeno has an eczema cream that is pretty good- just extra moisturizing and oatmeal for calming.

I don't have eczema that I know of, but my mama Judy which is my grandma has a bad skin disorder that runs heavily in our family, where her skin Ginger's really red and flakes off and is very sensitive etc but I've only shown signs on my scalp and hands and between my knees it's not itchy or painful like how she describes her condition and I didn't get it with my first pregnancy @erinlee

I get something similar on my arms, and it is just a type of eczema, which they say gets worse in pregnancy
