Had my 28 week midwife appointment today she said that babys head is down already does that mean she might come early or will she probably change position a few times before she decides to come out?

I was the same. baby's head was down at 28 week's and I went over due to 41weeks 4days. its just baby getting ready. it's better for it to happen early than have it happen later. at least you know baby's head is down so you don't worry that baby won't be ready for birth. baby can move even if they are head down, but baby will most likely stay in that position
Mine was head down from 26 weeks but he didn't come until 38+5 and even then he moved whilst I was in labour :( but head down is a good sign :) xx
Head down is great but at that stage she/he can easily move position again x
