when daddy had to leave to go get stuff done for Alex...and we were alone for the first hour. I was so nervous and scared and tired. after over 12 hours of labor my baby arrived and we spent his first day just me and him! I was super nervous in the beginning to be alone with him...I've never been around a newborn until yesterday!! now I can say just after one day I can tell when he's hungry or just fussy...learning his poop face vs. gas!
