@bria.k I've never compared. My doc recommended these 4 years ago when I was preggo with my second. It's backed by over 30 science journals which she explained nothing else on market is so I just went with it and haven't turned back. I love the products and the company. Stand by it for life. So grateful she told me about it

I'll have to check it out. I want to take good vitamins for breastfeeding and no one told be better alternative to prenatals while I was pregnant :/ I hated prenatals.
