when does the post partum swelling go away? my legs, ankles and feet are massive and uncomfortable. I'm 5 days post partum.

My hospital officially posted on their website that no spouses are aloud in during birth/post partum. So guess who’s gonna have to freaking look into a midwife for vbac tomorrow 🙃 not an option to have my fiancé miss the whole birth of our son. Freaking crazy.
