Morning sickness has hit me with a vingence. I woke up this morning at 2:30 feeling nausea Soni ate a small bowl of cereal. immediately threw up. so my hubby let me sleep in til noon I woke up and ate another bowl of cereal with a banana immediately threw up again. then just now I ate a egg sandwich and immediately threw up again. What can I do to help me keep my food down?
My PA said to eat ASAP after you throw up and usually you'll be able to keep that down
I was only able to keep starchy foods down, but still got sick everyday up until I hit my 2nd trimester. drink mint and chamomile tea and eat crackers right when you wake up , I found I threw up less if I ate a few crackers before getting out of bed
