Yes, that's most likely back labor which is what I had.
That's where I felt them. When I was in labor and on the way to the hospital, I felt like I had to poop so bad that I couldn't even have my ass touching the seat in the car. The "have to poop" feeling is pressure from the baby's head.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
