I know it's good that Elijah keeps getting more hours at work but he's never asked for a day off in the 6 months he's been there (99cent store). tomorrow's my birthday and for a month we've been talking about him asking for tomorrow off if he ends up having to work so we could spend my birthday together.

The last two weeks he's been called in on every day he has scheduled to be off. 14 consecutive days of work.

Tomorrow he was supposed to be off but they asked him to come in and he agreed.

Again, I'm not complaining about him working, it's just we planned this for a month and he had the option to say no..

Last year my birthday was shit. this year again? :(

I just want to have a good birthday. Seems like it's been forever since I've had a good one.
