Let me make this straight. While the us may not require chest clips. ALL US CARSEATS ARE TESTED WITH CHEST CLIPS THEREFORE MAKING THEM REQUIRED. In a proper use state it is ILLEGAL to NOT USE A CHEST CLIP. Because the car seat is NOT TESTED WITHOUT A CHEST CLIP. it's NOT SAFE, it's MISUSE. If yours going to post an ignorant post KNOW YOUR FACTS.

did I miss something. I hate when I see awful car seat posts. Sadie somehow manages to wiggle hee chest clip down I don't know how she does it! I even make the straps a touch tighter to try and stop her. oh thee madness of a 4 month old
