how do regular body pillows compare to pregnancy pillows?

I never even used a pregnancy pillow. I sleep with one under my head and one in between my legs, and sometimes one up by my arms to squeeze and I'm good. Lol

Are boppy pillows a must have?
I have both. Pregnancy pillow was a gift. I sleep with my body pillow every night. It was $5. The pregnancy pillow was $60. The body pillow works fine lol.
