is it safe to squeeze nipples to see if milk will come out? i want to try but im kinda nervous

Lol it's fine! I do it as a habit now because it makes me smile knowing that it's going to feed my baby girl. It's special!

Yea with my first pregnancy I leaked a lot before I had him. But I've heard it's not really safe to squeeze them cause it could cause preterm labor? I think. I'm not 100% sure. But also there's something in your milk like cholesterol or something that is very healthy for baby when u start breast feeding and if you squeeze it out they won't get it. well hey dont worry baby is going to get it because i have 0 and i repeat 0% milk leaking from my breast lol it sucks i feel like my body lets off a hormone after i give birth allowing my milk to come haha

no matter how hard i squeeze or how much i move or put hot water on them nothing is coming out haha
