@edomke, is pediatrician said it was fine

I was given a prescription of antibiotics called sulfameth/trimethoprim for a uti and my doctor said it was okay to breast feed while on it. today I went to the dentist and he gave me clindamycin for an infection in my tooth and said it was okay to breast feed while taking that but to stop taking the other antibiotics I just have to wait a little while after taking it to breast feed. but my doctor thinks it's a bad good idea to breast feed on that one and said if u take it to pump and dump but I hate the idea of wasting breast milk because that's my baby's food. I'm trying to get ahold of his pediatrician before I take it to see what they say. @edomke

I'm already worried about getting mastitis and losing my milk supply because he's not emptying my breast completely and its making hard knots in my boobs from it

What's wrong???
