I've always appreciated people's advice but if one more person tells me not to jog / work out one more time while I'm Preggers I'm gonna flip😡😒 seriously like you don't even know how to do a proper squat lady ✋🏼 if anything you should stop! your gonna hurt your back. 😂

@dayanis, I mean seriously today the wod was literally 2min 44 seconds after doing a warm up first! it was 30 power snatches for time and it took me 2:44 bc I did it in groups of 5 reps so I could catch my breath between lifts...I only used 55lbs and I felt amazing after I was done! some people are just so narrow minded they would rather believe all the bad things they hear rather than try something or learn something to actually know about it before passing judgement. I'm not even the most pregnant one in the morning classes! Lol my friend is 32 weeks and she did a modified snatch and way less weight but it's harder for her to bend over each time. I just know as long as he is kicking when I am done he is okay in there. 😁

Omggg you hit it right on point ! Ripple that don't even work out are always the one to talk. Btw I love xfit! Right now I'm just trying to keep the excessive weight off but I totally back you @kermi86

Omg I am in the same spot as you right now! I do crossfit and was hardcore into it before I got pregnant...not doing it hardcore now but still doing work outs just modifying the stuff I can't do or doing less weight but ANY time I post something on fb I always have at least one person freaking out on me saying I'm gonna hurt my baby or its not good for me or some bs like that! usually it's ppl who don't work out at all! I've been really nice about informing them my doctor is well aware of my prior fitness level and what my workouts consist of and he is okay with it and a lot of the ppl at my gym back me up and there are even a few other pregnant ladies in my crossfit group but I swear I'm gonna freak out on the next person who is negative to me about my HEALTHY choices for myself and my unborn baby....like you think sitting on your fat ass all day eating junk is what I should be doing too just because I'm pregnant?! no thanks!

I just looked at her like yeah okay... I used to run Miles. She's like you should talk to your doctor... Um yeah..... I did at 5 weeks that was my only question. We're not handicapped. @livd15
