No. Definitely don't. It can cause contractions and pre term labor. Most moms that pump early have already been pumping/breastfeeding from the baby before their current pregnancy so their body is used to it. I definitely wouldn't start now.

Plus baby needs that first part of milk actually it's called colostrum. If your going to breast feed you don't need to pump until 4-6 weeks after baby's born. It cause nipple confusion. My baby is just starting to latch a little better she was preemie though and she's now 2.5 months but really 2?weeks adjusted.

They have these things called milk savers. They just go over your nipples and collect the leaking milk there about 30$ I believe (: so you can save all that is leaking if you wanted too. Good luck momma(:
