I have 3 ju ju be bags I still have the one from my 5year old I have the one from my 2year old and I have a new one...All of my bags are in excellent condition I have washed them on numerous occasions and they always look brand new...you are the only person that I've ever heard complain about the quality of the products maybe you just had a bad bag & I know personally that they replace defected products so it's hard to believe everything in this post

@royce_ivy, I'm actually annoyed by the fact that u "find it hard to believe everything in this post" like wtf. Seriously. I have been trying to get this taken care of for two months now and they blocked me from their Facebook for asking why they weren't responding to my emails. Which is why I posted what I did on Instagram. It took me posting that on Instagram to finally get their attention and to get a response from them. I have never had such bad customer service before. I am not one to complain about silly things. It's obviously a defective bag and even they acknowledged that this happens and they don't know why.
