Any suggestions on how to get baby out of your ribs?? Helpppp 😟😟😟
Let me know if it works! Also if it's not baby and it's just rib pain, alternating heat and ice works wonders. Or even just an icepack. I have something called costochondritis and it's legit the worst feeling in my ribs/sternum it feels like I'm having a heart attack. Plus I think my ribs are starting to stretch on top of that. It's horrible. ): I woke up last night making crazy people noises I sounded like an 8" year old man taking a poop hahahah.
@camdensmama, mines always in my left cage but since I feel it occasionally (at least once a day though) I figure it's her! Will definitely try that too I was just sitting up with my hands above my head and it was helping a little bit :/ Thankyou!!
Also. The pain your feeling my not necessarily be the baby. I have a constant pain in my right rib cage. Right under my breast. Even when he's not there and it's just because all my organs are being pushed up! It's really uncomfortable. And after a while it gets that numb tingly sensation. If that's what yours feels like. Take off your bra. And lay flat on your back and stretch both your arms up over your head. It helps shift your organs and helps tremendously!
Haha my son eventually just gets really pissed off. Gives me 1 last good kick to my ribs. And then moves! Haha
@camdensmama, ahh I literally try pushing her out but she doesn't move she's stubborn lol and @bria.k I will def try that right now!!
Get on your hands and knees maybe? Or try pregnancy yoga positions.
I can usually feel my sons butt or foot. So I just poke him until he moves!
I think I might be pregnant and I'm freaking out 😟😟😟😟 #myfirstpost

Sometimes when my son is in my right side of my ribs, I lay down on my left side and he shifts out of it. 😬 good luck, that is never fun!
