Yeah they might give u pictocin which I hated but it makes u dilate then when u get to about 3cm they will pop ur water and that sometimes helps u dilate but they had to with me my son wouldnt come out @naomismommy

Yeah I couldn't dilate with my 1st but now this one won't go past 2cm @naomismommy

I cant dilate at all but im 80% thinned out & having 2/3 minute apart contractions.

Try being a half cm at almost 40 weeks :(

Really really spicy food I ate spicy food for three days straight and on the fourth day my daughter popped out lol
